someone realised today that coach and jiaolian say almost the same things, just that the way jiaolian delivers it seems to be more acceptable sometimes. like, when jiaolian talked about the rj game and what kinda went wrong, we easily accepted it and changed out wrong mindsets to a more positive one. but i felt so darn horrible when coach said it to us. it isnt that i dont take it to heart, in fact i think i value it so much that it just pierces right through when i was told the horrible mistake i made and how it affected everyone and myself unknowingly. [never will i ever do that again] . i guess its sad cause coach is the one who raised us up from nothing. but maybe jiaolian is right in the aspect that we hear so much scolding from coach that we get so used to it we dont register it in our brains right away. BUT that does not equate to us not taking it to heart. REALLY. so i really just need to play for myself, instead of playing for coach. the coach can teach you the skills, but in the game, the skills can only be showcased if you want it so badly and your self determination overrides the pressure pounding down on you.

as the olympic motto says,

this is the process. who cares about the outcome.
