15 days to the chiangmai open trip. 15 days left to regain my strength. 15 days left to remember the flow. 15 days left to training practically everyday. 15 days left till we revisit the land of a thousand smiles. 15 days left till we have to play games everyday.
15 days is very short. but somehow feels very long. especially when some days you have double training. just like yesterday. youth training in the morning we did diamond drill and batting. vj training in the afternoon we did fielding and batting. so i batted about 40 toss-ups, 60 side toss, and 100 kneeling side toss. that makes about 200 balls. causing the attack of the killer blisters.
i was quite irritated yesterday cause after kallang i went to vj, and found that nobody was there. so i called coach who said training's at tk cause stupid vj field was under renovation. so i went back to tk. all the while carrying the bag of catcher equipment. which is heavy okay. and i was quite mentally prepared for someone to stop me and ask if i was carrying a bomb cause the equipment bag was black. like those in the ads teaching you to look out for suspicious characters. but im sure i look so suspicious in shorts and a tee and slippers.
maybe not receiving the message from mag was a blessing in disguise. cause i saw some eye candy:) whether he can become anything more than that, only time will tell. but im cautious. cause im scared. scared of commiting myself so quickly to one person. scared of history repeating itself. scared of being confined.
